Sell the project.Deliver it in one place.
Project Delivery turns service work into a clean, repeatable flow. The customer pays, fills in an intake form that becomes the brief, and follows the work across defined phases. Revision requests and a final sign-off keep scope honest, all on a board under your own brand. See the Project Delivery feature page for the feature view.
Payment before the brief
The order is deliberate. The customer pays through Stripe first, and only then do they fill in the intake form. No more chasing a deposit after the work has already started.
That one rule changes the dynamic of client work. Every project on your board is a paid project, with the commitment settled before a single phase begins.
Payouts land in your own Stripe account, an invoice is produced, and Stripe Tax and VAT are handled at checkout.
The intake form is the brief
Instead of a scattered email thread, the customer completes a structured intake form once they have paid. That submission becomes the brief for the project, attached to the board card from the start.
You design the questions, so the information you need to begin is captured up front rather than dragged out over a week of back and forth.
Every project starts with the same clear inputs, which is what makes a service productizable.
A status flow both sides can see
Each project moves through clear phases: Submitted, Reviewing, In Progress, Delivered and Completed. The client sees exactly where their work stands without asking.
Along the way you can attach tasks that have to be checked off and deliverable files shared as Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive links, and a stage can be set to block advancement until its inputs are in. When you deliver, a revision request sends it back for changes, and a final sign-off marks the project Completed.
The board is your delivery system and your client portal at once, so the whole engagement lives in one place on your domain. See the agency client portals and productized service guides for how teams use it.
Everything a service needs to deliver
From the sale to the sign-off, in one board.
Payment before brief
The client pays through Stripe first, then unlocks the intake form, so every project starts paid.
Intake as brief
A structured form captures everything you need up front and becomes the brief on the project card.
Defined phases
Submitted, Reviewing, In Progress, Delivered and Completed, so both sides always know the state.
Revision requests
A delivered project can be sent back with a revision request, keeping changes on the record instead of in your inbox.
Tasks and sign-off
Check off tasks as you go, then a final approval marks the project Completed and closes the engagement cleanly.
Invoices and analytics
Invoices are produced for each sale and your analytics dashboard tracks the service alongside everything else.
